Tnt seat clamp with peeling chrome

Ive got a tnt seat clamp that I either want re-chroming or anodising if i can get the old chrome off, any ideas?

probably cost more to get it chromed than to buy a new one is all I meant  :daumenhoch:

Thats who ive bought the a red one off, i got this one in the uk. If i can get the chrome off i could get it anodised which may be cheaper then.
