profile crank help needed

This is very very common.  Do not worry.  I never ran a bearing spacer on my Condor ever.....  A lot of riders left them out so they could slightly over tighten them so their cranks didn't rotate during no-footers.

So,  build your crankset up with washers as required to allow for frame spacing, then add a little threadlock to the two crank arm bolts and 'nip' them up to the point where the whole thing is spinning as you would like it.  Job done  ;)

Obviously, over tightening them will kill the bearings but you would have to go crazy tight to actually do that.....

I know this is not correct from an engineering point of view but in reality it's no problem whatsoever  :)
