hammered deep "H" stem refurb 13 years later and still going on about

a former owner of this stem must have been ignorant to the 'unscrew the stem bolt a bit and give it gently tap' way of removing a stem

it was bought from usa ebay .........a nice dead blow hammer would have worked a treat . "hope you guys know what a dead blow hammer is " :)
