new bearings and spindle for skyways

bought a pair of skyways and the rear one needs new bearings and shaft anyone know where i can get them from this is what has happened to mine

Its the new sealed bearings i need. I've tried 3 bike shops in my area and no joy told me go to a bearing specialist and they will help
