Nope, Not going to get that done for a bit... need to sort out what I'm keeping and what I'm not!  ;)

They're not die-cast, they're Tamiya 1/20 scale model kits..

I think i figured out what's bugging me about the build and its the white powerdisc, I'll try a silver/polished one.
