crank arm mystery

Has anyone heard of this "KEIHIN" crank arm and if so what type of BMX was it standard issue on?

They are a Taiwanese make, not sure what companies would have used them as standard parts but would expect it to be the low end ranges if that makes sense  :daumenhoch:
