Can Mags be straightened?????

I have a set of blue OGK mags on my rider but the front has a buckle. Over the revolution it is about a 3rd of the wheel goes out about 1cm  i guess.

Anyone know if or how it can be straightened ??

thats what i thought, but it must of started in about 1982!!!
