lazy question!!

i cant be bothered to take my dc 1020 off of my goose to try on my gt so............will a 1020 fit on a gt pro or will the reach be too long?ive got a 890 on it at the mo and it fits fine but will the extra reach be too much.any help appreciated otherwise ive got to get the tool kit out,doh! :daumenhoch:
