CRANK HELP

need to take me super maxi s off me ripper , there on a tapered spindle , the arms just won't budge , only nipped em up , any ideas to get the fookers off ? much appreciated :daumenhoch: loosened the bb and tried tapping the spindle through the arm , no joy
