Best way to clean rusty or dirty bolts????

Hi, I have took my tuf neck stem apart, and all the
bolts - nuts have some rust or years of shite,
what's the best way to clean?
Did think the lemon way, but someone will have more
experiance than me!!

put em inside a mars bar and stick it in the oven for 10 minutes , gas mk 6
