Try Diesel instead of WD40 and leave for a couple of days, works a treat then hit the top of the seat post with a big hammer to try and break the "weld" before getting any grips or stilsons on it :daumenhoch:

same as marty try diesel first. dont forget if its a steel frame' the alloy post will probs
heat up and expand before the frame. if all fails alloy posts can be drilled out :daumenhoch:

^^^ this works , put an old stem on the post , then whack the stem with the biggest hammer you got
