pro/tuff neck thread size

Does anyone know the thread size for Tuff/Pro Neck stem,top caps? i'm guessing it's some thing like 5/16 unc,seems common with a US produced stem(tnt,dk etc)

If you mean the big bolt that screws into stem base then Tuf Neck is a different thread to Pro Neck ( one is fine , the other coarse ) . Not sure what thread sizes though .

sorry,i meant the four bolts for the bar clamp/top cap.
