CAR BOOT SALE FIND THIS MORNING. GT ???

had a mooch round the local boot sale this morning and came across this.
its light as a feather and nice welds.
seat tube through the top tube with a flat end.
theres what i think is the serial number on the left rear drop out that looks like 2840381 or poss the last ones a 4.theres also a single smaller 4 at the front the drop.
it needs a bit of work but would like to know what it is.looks mini or expert size.top tubes 18,1/2 inch.
have a look for me.

yep -  gt pro if thats a number 4 on rear drop outs.. seat tube looks short may have been cut -

just checked my numbers - not sure as sequence is different..

yeah seat tube has been cut at some point.
the fella was'nt there to ask more about it just his missus.

do you mean the single 4 might make it a pro ?.

the 4 at the front of the dropout does make it a pro (defo) - I think its an 84 going on the rest of the serial number.
