180mm or 175mm Crank Arms? Whats the point?

I think at my age and level it makes no difference I’ve used 180’s and thought they were too long (I’m 5’ 9”) I’d be much happier with 175’s or even 170’s....I've got short powerful legs :crazy2: so a shorter crank feels better for me.
TBH put a pair of trainers on with a thick sole or some deep caged pedals and that’ll add 5mm to your crankage.

Got 180 redline twin pinch jobbies on her now and I love em - great cranks for a rider IMHO ;)
