the thing with akisu is, they were more of a manufacturer than a retailer/brand. many different brands of bmx used the standard stock made by akisu and some brands had there stuff made to their spec by the akisu factory. When i see that acorn saying made in england, i think maybe the decals were :-X because it's way too similar to be different. They are good quality chro-mo frames, the tig welded stuff anyway. When it's mig welded(big bubble gum welds) they are hi-ten steel instead of 4130.

it does have very neat tig welding and i would say better than that on my burner and goose
maybe never know exactly what it is, have built it up to ride around with odd bits
probably a bargan for £30 as it came with the mint old skyways now fitted to the gp
