Cheers Sean , they look fookin splendid  :4_17_5: :daumenhoch:

Got to have a go at that myself  :D  Is Gary right when he says 166mm on a large flange hub  ???

That DeCoster is superb mate , one of my favourite bikes at MK last year  :smitten:

Gary sounds right with his calculations, but it all depends on the measurements of the hubs and rims.  I think mine on the DeCoster were 162mm and I had to have them custom cut and threaded.

That is the best way mate, that is what I use to make sure I have the correct spoke length.

here's a couple of pics of my wheels
first pic is suzue low flange into a 7x rim

with a 180 spoke for ref
next up is gt mohawk hub  into a sun black box rim

then suzue hi flange into sun black box rim

here i've just put 166mm spoke next to suzue large flange/7x rim

wheels all laced up fine-no spokes sticking out of rim etc-but as sean said depends on hub/rims
got my info from custom riders, gave them hub/rim combo ,hope this helps ask if you need any more pics  :daumenhoch:

NORTY40:
