With all the extra tubing and gussets etc on freestlyer's, personally I don't think it looks out of place a tough too high maybe ::)
If it was on a race bike, now that's a different story. JMHO.
Nothing like an OS buzz :daumenhoch:

No it looks okay, but they put a lot of stress on the frame seat tube & it might crack.
But having said that, I have never seen or heard of a Streetbeat seat tube cracking ??? I have seen them crack on TA's, Rippers, Hutch, Haro's etc

no your right guys,i agree on the seat post, just that i wanted to put a white one on it and at the time this was all i had in white....gonna replace it with an oddy post :daumenhoch:

Good stuff. I also hate those hideous braced posts so an Odyssey post seems like a great idea to me. :daumenhoch: If the post is chrome, maybe try a white seat as the purple seat is a few shades out compared to the colour of the frame and that would be a way around that little problem.
White grips would be a winner as well. :)

Good stuff mate - always nice to see an OS build that gets ridden :daumenhoch:
My couple of sheckles worth on the seatpost...........
Yes they look cack - I can't stand how they look and I've never had one on any of my builds.....BUT..... if you're not too bothered by it, for a street cruiser you may as weel keep it - the odyssey post will not put your seat as far back as that one positions it and the odyssey posts are crap at accepting the extra weight that comes with 30 something / 40 something riders :D i.e. they bend like fook with too much weight :D
Either way - have fun :daumenhoch:
