Un-Stamped Redline V-Bars ?

I'm with "cheekythirtysix" they look like Win Kusuki bars I have a couple of pairs one with a sticker on as new one without off of a surviving ET neither have a stamp on them as far as I can see. :)

Which are different to standard win branded V bars which have different knurling (all straight lines rather than stepped lines) and maybe slightly different geometry by the looks - like so........
