Can I dye a my blue shotgun2 black?

Been wanting a black shotgun2 for ages and I have been offered a blue one. Question is can I dye it black if so how and can I get the decals redone? Del could I am sure!

Decals are faded but apart from that it's a good one. Blue with blue rails.
I really want a black one. So willing to swap or dye if needed. Or keep for my second build.
