you may find they do in time though and the headset will always work lose as a result, Halfrauds will have some if you can't find any local shops with them  :daumenhoch:

cheers rob :) i'll get rid of the 1" 1/8 spacers and try get some 1" ones plus they kinda stick out like a sore thumb anyways :-\

Is it a freestyle bike?  Some freestyle forks are longer so you can install a gyro (the old Odyssey type). 

I had this trouble once before...  I got my hacksaw out and cut of the excess steerer - problem solved.   :crazy2:
