Seems to be to be a solution looking for a problem.
This is just a bmx with big wheels. There are already cruisers for that, and if you want a fast bike, you get a racing/hybrid frame - ergonomically, they just work better. Off road ? Cyclocross. If you want a shorter easier geometry, you get an mtb or a cruiser. You want to go quick but comfy, get a hybrid.
Who is this aimed at exactly? A Bmx that, er can't bmx, or a racer that, er can't race.
What is the point of a chunky, heavy frame, overbuilt frame and adding 700c wheels? And surely not to go with the design ethic, theyre not 23's are they? You want speed, but this thing with the need for 100+psi will be blowing pinch/snakebite flats every ride. Its like putting lipstick on a pig. Even 650c wheels might work better. It's like you thought of the problem of wanting bigger wheels and a chunky frame and instead of inventing the mtb, because that was 30 years ago, you got all thr wrong answers and came up with this.
Dont get me wrong, its a funky design, but in much the same way as my idea for a convertible submarine....
If somes got an mtb for off road or a cruiser for off road/bmx duties, and a hybrid/road bike for other duties, then the cyclocross niche already fulfills slight off road with big wheels. Who is actually going to pay money to add to this if they already got 2-3 bikes (like me) or to the point, who's going to ditch one of those, for this. You can stick skinny tyres or rims on many mtb's. Even my Orange p7 will accomodate them. Whats this do that anOrange p7 single speed with 650 or 700cs and long rigid forks do?
I like it, but it isn't the answer to anything, nor will it sell well or make you a decent return on your investment imho.
But if you believe, don't listen to the naysayers like me.
Now, if you can make me an old school, chrome plated, gussetted looptail 24 or 26, like the fabled but rarely sighted Diamond Back cruisers of the early 80's, then your talking.

well, i like it. And i could imagine enough others, too, to make this skinny bomber -- ED209 hit it-- gain some airspace
----the rebirth idea i like; don't understand why it hasn't been done since a long time already
at first sight on the first pic it looked dark grey-blue -very nice
range at last !! now nothing can stop us !!!! ;)
