small update, after sweetbeats very kindly gave me a mirage powerdisc and suntour 45t chainwheel, I picked up some nos odyssey bolts on the cheap and voila

I'm undecided how to colour code it yet, so it's just had a polish and thats about it

gotta agree, i am leaning towards that, it will haveto wait as the daughters mini has got to finished first, she's getting impatient!!
