Just Bought My 1st Tube of AutoSol in 25 years

The seller said it was bought painted so it only needs hit with stripper then a very very light polish and it will be like a new one with the machined finish if it's done right.    :daumenhoch:

Looks a minter under it's white coat....should polish up pretty easy.
If I strip the paint will it polish by hand.....with......wait for it................AUTOSOL?

Although that is exactly what you will get returned, one Pro Neck minus the stamp.

I reckoned so, if you want to keep the machined finish defo do it by hand lightly using autosol or maybe even brasso as it's not as abrasive.

Think autosol is a bit like marmite, you either love it or hate it....not that I go putting autosol on me toast.

It's good stuff but I get a reaction from it and makes me feel sick :buck2:

As an alternative I use astonish which is an oven type cleaner (found it in the mrs drawers lol!!.......the ones in the kitchen).
