Ashtabula 1 piece cranks

They came in 5 1/2", 6 1/2", and 7 1/2" lenghts. They initially came in that matt off-black metal protect finish and later available in chrome finish. Early ones where also available with "ASHTABULA" stamped down the arm but on the arm "hip" not the "face" like most manufacturers stamped them. Also ashtabula cranks are stamped across the centre with an "A" and the date of manufacture :daumenhoch:

Spot on; they were alawys an imperial length, being made in the U.S.A. and all that :daumenhoch:
