identify handlebars please........

anybody know what these bars are or are they generic, no stampings on them came off an 80's expert size bmx just has the sticker on the crossbar on , they have about an 8" rise and are 27.25 inches wide

R they braized or tig welded fella ?

hiya mate i think its tig welded (my welding knowledge like most of the rest of my knowledge is limited) where the crossbar is joined to the rest the weld is a sort of nice neat ripples all sort of semi circular which i'm guessing is tig welded would braised be sort of smoothish
