PK and Tioga questions

OK guys think I already know the answer to this question....but her goes.....ready to start my PK build and I need it Powder coating, questions aer;

1 - should I strip it before I send it away
2 - Who is the best person to send it to.

also I have NOS Tioga blue/green label white tyres, but they some staining on them....should I leave them or try a bit of bleach?

You can strip it, but if you send it to SuperBikeDan he'll strip and prep it in the price.

Try Cif (what we used to call Jif bitd LOL!) on the stained parts  :daumenhoch:

yeah thought superbikedan would be my best bet.......didn't even think of CIF.. :daumenhoch:
