Don't worry Griff - it's like riding a bike once you've learnt etc, etc, at least that was what I thought before getting back on a bmx after 25 years off last year. Make sure you have a lid!

maybe woz but I never really learnt to ride ramps in the first place! had a few goes on a quarter pipe my mate's dad built BITD but that didn't stay up long (he put it at the end of the street leaning up the fence to the side of my old junior school gate)

the only time i ever went near a half pipe was at birmingham wheels but that was totally packed all the time
can't wait to start learning - not expecting any big air

but will start gently with a few 180s and see where that goes...

Nice one Griff, just take it easy to start with, or alternatively do what I do and take a camera and spend most of the night
taking wicked pics of the guys that can ride they are nuts

should be ok Rob... we are down for 45 riders... but its pretty hard to tell how many will come.

If we go over that its another £15 per hour... but that would be easily covered by 3 people payments.

Whether we get us of the 'Skate-only' section seems to depend on what other bits are closed...

From the spread of people coming its a mix of those who will be 'going off' and those who will be 'falling off' with an overall 'get together' vibe
