Right then, I should be getting my frame and forks back at the end of the week and I need some advice on a headset, it's a Curtis pro build and I would like to fit a black headset. I have got one of them cheap NOS black ones to fit but I don't think it will do it justice, what do you experts recommend ? A locking one would be good.

add a black suntour or tange headlock to the cheap nos black headset, it will really set it off :daumenhoch:

You can't beat the Bear Trap II, it's not black, but they are the best old skool headsets  8)

I did see that one on the bay, really wanted a black one to break up all the chrome and polished alloy, what makes did them in black that were any good, I can't even find a black locking nut!
