Seat Rails

Got a lovely Kashi Aero but alllas the rails have pitted a bit.....can you get the blighters out?

You could try sticking it in a bowl of hot water for a bit to soften the plastic and then pulling the rails out.  Or you could leave them in and try the coke and foil method.
