Top hat washer

Hi guys

Just putting some primo power bite cranks on, has a 22mm BB spindle, am I right in thinking i'm gonna need a top hat washer still, the chain ring/power disk i'm fitting is still a bit flappy!

I have an abundance of 19mm TH washers, even a 20mm, but not a 22. (and I have never seen one advertised)

Can someone confirrm it is what I need and they are available.

 :) Some chainrings/discs need a 23.8mm -22mm/19mm tophat washer.
