Wheel spokes- HELP!

What size of spoke am i too use for these ?

I bought 194mm but i think they are too long  :-\

Was gonna have a go at a set of wheels but I'm more confused now than when I started reading the thread  :LolLolLolLol: :LolLolLolLol:

i built up those black rims you sold me gaz, 3x on small flange suzue hubs, i used 194 mm on the front but for some reason on the rear they were too long, so ended up using 188mm which worked fine :D
