stupid question about inner tubes...

(1/3) > >>

griff:
good evening radsters

I know I've already  asked some pretty n00b questions on here, but here's another one...

I'm getting some haro tyres for my bike fairly soon, as far as I know these run to a fairly high PSI.
Now do i need any particular kind of inner tubes to go with these, or are these things pretty much of a muchness?
Reason I ask is because I already got one (Kenda) free in the box when I ordered some other bits from alansbmx, wondered if I needed to get just one more of these or a pair of something else when the time comes

cheers

griff

Bettyswallocks:
Your kenda tubes will be fine

You dont have to put whatever the manufacturers state as max pressures on the sidewalls in the tyres dude, just whatever feels best for you, around 70-80 psi is usually fine...  :daumenhoch:

Bettyswallocks:
If you're running skyways i think the max pressure is about 45 psi above that the tyres can pop off the rims

Although i've run one on the front with 70 psi and not had any probs... soon took it off... flexibagoshite...  :D

Dark Diggler:
I have run 70 psi on skyways with comp ST's  :D

Kenda toobs will be fine up to 100psi, its the tyre rating that matters  :daumenhoch:
