Polishing Alloy

Nice work guys :daumenhoch:
I usually start with 100 grit wet n dry to get out any deeper marks and scratches and then wet n dry down the grades to 2000 grit. final sand is with a well used 2000 grit piece to get superfine scratches. Then 2 cream polishes to finish(autosol). I use a hard felt mandrel for the first cream polish and a soft lambswool mandrel for the final polish.
I have a video if anyone wants to borrow it. It is proffesional polishing techiques by the CETEM finishing school. It shows you how to set up all the mops (sanding and polishing) on a bench mounted drill type system ;)
