gt brakes anyone....

hi im not sure what gt it is and i cant put up pics so im off to a flyer here ah !!!....... right its got welded on lugs on the head tube, and four lugs one the top tube under neath, the back one close to the seat are the screw in kind . how do i set the rear brake up ? can anyone show me a pic so iv got an idea  :D
