help with frame id

Hi peeps, would love to get a sticker set for my rider. Would love to know what it actually is. I have a thought it could be a Raleigh racing frameset because of the brake bridge but it has an oval downtube. It has two holes in headtube as well so could have been for Raleigh badge. Will have a look at serial number tomorrow to see if that can shed any light.
