What breed of dog is that?  My neighbour has a Dalmatian/Border Collie cross which looks exactly like yours - His is as mad as a box of frogs though...

Its a 'Dollie'  :-X let us never speak that name again... Dalmation Collie cross... he's called Floyd... aka the 'Regal Beagle'  :)

( lets face it ... the towel and the dog are more interesting than the frame  :2funny: )

fork and seat tube decals are the same as on a stratton aero i have.my frame has the tiny oval gusset on it though,but the forks are the same.who made stratton frames?
