New School Mongoose Mini Hub Dissassembly ?

Need to redo the axles and a general regrease but how the hell do you get the buggers apart ? these are 16" kids monggose wheels / hubs . exactly the same both sides of the hub...the outer looks like a separate bolt but isnt i dont think...thats all one piece of metal...or put it this way it wont undo ??

Looks like a cone and locknut, Should come undone, I have had cone spanners flex on me trying to undo these, I now have a spanner that I ground thinner and is stronger than the paper thin cone spanner.

Thanks but what bit actually unscrews? Is that a single piece of threaded metal or do those bolts come off...do u have a link on eBay for the spanner please? Thanks

the cone is the bit that only has 2 flat sides, The lock nut is separate, thats the one that has 6 sides.
