bottom bracket question....

hi peeps, i know you can get the conversation kits for 1 piece cranks to sealed bearings, just wondered if there is a sealed bearing kit for a 3 piece sugino loose ball bb, or would i need to find a sugino flite square tapper spindle to use sealed bearings? any help appreciated!  :daumenhoch:
