Rickman Rider
Dan73:
Always fancied a Rickman Freestyler BITD.
Picked up a frame and fork on the bay, and decided I really wanted a rider this year. I want to get out on some of the rides and meet a few other old radsters :daumenhoch:
Did the two Curtis's last year but they're a bit too posh to chuck about.
The frame was black when I got it, so off it went to Dan for a white powder. Got it back this week and the finish is stunning. Together with the help he offers, and the turn around time, I cant recomend Dan highly enough. I wont be going anywhere else from now on.
The bits are not all era correct as I want to ride it. New tuffs, brake blocks, and shark bite pedals all help make it a good ride.
Post is up high to I can pedal it at just over 6 foot tall.
Big thank you also to Del for the great decals, and all those (esp. Mani) for the bits and the advice.
Bits:
Brakes: NOS MX 901 1984.
Cranks: Survivor Sugino GT
Stem: Survivor DK
Bars: Survivor GT
Tyres: Panaracer Freestyle
Post: Survivor Renthal
Seat: Survivor Flyte Tech
Cheers, Dan
