anyone into engineering in leeds

hi guys anyone in leeds into engineering nothing major needed
basically i have alloy plate i need copying in steel with 3 holes drilled in it can bring alloy one to copy but i need it as fast as yesterday lol
i cant ride me new bike until i get one made as i have no rear brake .needs to be about 4mm ish thick and solid thats all dont care what it looks like for now
