an average of 6.3 seconds to pick up a spoke, put it through a hub hole, pick up a nipple, locate it in the rim, thread it onto the spoke and wind it down...and that includes crossing the spokes.

I didn't true them just screwed them down 5 times got em all in & then went back around to screw them home !

Took me 3 1/2 hours to do my first one , spokes in ....... spokes out ...... start again etc ::) :D
Never timed myself yet but I reckon 15/20 mins per rim for me :-\ My next wheel build will be against the clock though ;D
