Haro (Maybe) Serial ID

Hi all

Anyone recognise a serial number of the form hbo1080315  ??  Clearly there could be a type in there somewhere.  The bike is chromo, straight double top tube (freestyler looking) but with a big bottom tube, like a Zippo.

I'll try and get a picture..
