So, what is the difference? That ebay ad has the choice of:
19mm American Sealed Bearings
19mm Spanish Sealed Bearings
19mm MID Sealed Bearings
OR
19mm Euro Sealed Bearings
??

american for most old school frames
mid is basically the bearings out of the american bottom bracket cups
euro the bearing cups are threaded
spanish is basically mid with the bearing size reduced to make it a bit lighter

Sorry for the confusion - the one I have coming does have a US bb so, I should be good..

take care when fitting the bb as you have to get the centre tube spacer the right size, too big and your bearing won't fit flush in the frame, too small and your bearings will be too tight and could even collapse inwards
