coaster brake with no tab

just bought motomags for my goose they have a coaster brake how do i fix this to the frame without a coaster tab

I'm sure you can use a Dia Compe hinged seat clamp to secure the arm to the chainstay but they are silly money now so a coaster strap sounds like a winner...
