Rare framesets that never come up for sale ?????

I turned this frame down as I was a bit short on funds at the time. = $450
I also turned down a set of Kappa aerospeeds about the same time. $550
Now that I look back on it they were dirt cheap in comparison to todays prices - Doh!

It may well be now.... but I don't think it was a the time I was offered it
