Spoke size?...... help please..........?

I have some small flange suzue hubs and some ukai aero rims  what size spokes do I need? and do I need small or long nips? thx

On Araya aero's I have used :

184mm 3X lace to small flange hubs
190mm 4X lace to small flange hubs  

I always use the long nips    :daumenhoch:   ... big nips are best  :D

Just to double check PM John (JTSmooth) as he has a lad build this combination all the time  ;)
