Freewheels fooked...  :(

austin:
Cool, thanks guys, I've got a spare freewheel so I'll swap that over at the weekend. They easy enough to get off cos mine was on the wheel when I bought it?

Betty:
You'll probably need a freewheel tool, or take it to a bike shop who'll charge a couple of quid to take it off

cool, will do, thanks

twit twoo:
Grip the freewheel in a vice, tighten it up until the outer layer forces itself onto the inner section. dont tighten too much or youll damage the hub. test  the pressure by spinning the wheel, which will be sat in your viuce like a steering wheel. chances are, by the time it starts getting difficult to turn, IE before you fook your hub, it will have given up and spun off the hub. thn chuck it across the shed like a ninja. 10 points if you get it to stich into the wall.
