cheap easy way to fit bearing cups headset and bb

to save hammering the cups in damaging things ,get large nut bolt and washers they will do both aplications
cheep and easy just align cups and tighten. hope this helps.

make sure you have a thick strong bolt

T'is the only way unless you can afford posh bike tools

though i did fit a BB with a work mate bench and some scrap wood once

i hammer headset cups in with no damage to them
BB cups are easier
