oddy a brake

(1/1)

motomagII:
has anyone got oddy a brake they can measure for me
i need the arm length from centre of pivot bolt anchor point to the centre of the cable fix bit please
and the brake block max setting again from centre of pivot to max brake block fixing
i have 102mm arm and 50mm brake block v brake and it is tad too short by about 3 mm or so and 5mm on blocks

oldtired:
what about a set of Paul arms Greg you can adjust the block seat up and down and in and out on those,  can go left or right with the cable  , think they use sealed bearings in the pivot instead of bushes too,   not cheap though but  :smitten: :smitten:

did have a set of oddy A's a bit back,  sounds daft but they almost work to well went back to the shimano deores  :daumenhoch: just had a rumage but there gone else  you could have had em

HEYWOOD BMX:
 :) 105mm

motomagII:
job donme took the easy option for now and added a half lionk to chain only just reaches but okay

Gary72:
I'll dig one out in a minute, Iknow they have loads of brake pad movement as I've used them on a mini with 1 1/8 skinny wheels.
