Redline 400 non driveside pedal stuck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a suntour XC spindal stuck in and cant get it out for nothing . I have soaked it in WD , I have had it in the vice with no joy .

Any ideas ? ? ? ?

No i have not wildon . Do you suggest heating the spindal or the crank arm ?

I have soaked it in WD would that not be better than diesel ?
